v1.2.3

  • Làm tiếp bài Holland trên máy khác không còn mất câu trả lời. Trước đây, em mở hồ sơ trên máy thứ hai rồi làm tiếp bài Holland thì các câu đã trả lời trên máy đầu có thể bị xóa. Giờ máy mới nhận đủ các câu em đã làm và làm tiếp từ đó.
  • Máy dùng chung: bấm "Không phải em?" rồi tạo hồ sơ mới không còn mang theo câu trả lời của bạn trước.
  • Hồ sơ 7 bước lưu chắc hơn: khi mạng chập chờn đúng lúc đang lưu, trang không còn bỏ mất phần em vừa gõ. Nếu chưa gửi được hồ sơ cho chuyên gia, trang báo rõ để em gửi lại.
  • Nhận xét của chuyên gia trên hồ sơ em chưa gửi không còn khóa hồ sơ: em vẫn viết tiếp và đọc được nhận xét.
  • Tên chỉ gồm một biểu tượng cảm xúc được báo ngay ở ô nhập, không còn hiện lỗi tạo hồ sơ.
  • Sao lưu chắc hơn: bản sao hỏng không còn nằm lẫn với bản tốt, và việc sao lưu không còn chặn các việc định kỳ khác.

  • Hồ sơ 7 bước tự lưu lại khi mạng hoặc máy chủ chập chờn, ví dụ trong vài giây hệ thống cập nhật phiên bản. Em không cần gõ thêm hay bấm "Thử lại": nội dung vẫn còn trên trang cho đến khi lưu xong.
  • Mỗi lần cập nhật có thay đổi cấu trúc dữ liệu, hệ thống tự sao lưu và kiểm tra bản sao trước; bản sao lưu hằng đêm cũng được kiểm tra.

  • Hồ sơ 7 bước: em chưa làm bài kiểm tra tiếng Anh vẫn nhận ưu đãi khóa IELTS Nền tảng của Prep. Ở bước 7, ngay trên nút "Gửi hồ sơ cho chuyên gia", hồ sơ hiện khóa học và mã ưu đãi; em xem xong rồi gửi hồ sơ như cũ. Em đã làm bài kiểm tra thì đã nhận ưu đãi ở trang kết quả tiếng Anh, nên bước 7 chỉ có nút gửi.
  • Nút dài trong khối ưu đãi xuống dòng gọn và căn giữa trên điện thoại.

  • Phần tiếng Anh làm trước, rồi mới đến 84 câu Holland. 8 câu ngữ pháp là bắt buộc (không còn nút × để làm sau); 4 câu khó em vẫn được bỏ qua. Làm xong, em đi thẳng sang bài Holland.
  • Kết quả tiếng Anh và ưu đãi khóa IELTS Nền tảng vẫn ở cuối như cũ: ngay sau khi em chọn Top 3 Holland, trước khi điền thông tin để xem kết quả chi tiết.
  • Trang kết quả luôn có ưu đãi khóa IELTS Nền tảng của Prep, kể cả khi em chưa làm phần tiếng Anh (lượt làm từ trước bản này); em vẫn mở được bài kiểm tra tiếng Anh từ đó.
  • Em đang làm dở bài Holland từ trước bản này vẫn làm tiếp như cũ; phần tiếng Anh đến sau Top 3.
  • Làm lại bài Holland không phải làm lại phần tiếng Anh.
  • Các bước trên đầu trang theo thứ tự mới: Bước 1 · Tiếng Anh, Bước 2 · Hiểu em, Bước 3 · Hồ sơ của em, Bước 4 · Kết quả của em.
  • Chính sách dữ liệu cập nhật ngày 12/10/2026: bài kiểm tra tiếng Anh làm trước bài Holland, 8 câu bắt buộc, và chuyên gia hướng nghiệp xem kết quả bài kiểm tra cùng hồ sơ của em.

  • Hồ sơ hướng nghiệp 7 bước: học sinh nhập họ tên và lớp, rồi hồ sơ mở ra và dẫn em qua Holland, chọn hướng đi, lập kế hoạch, rà soát 3R, chuẩn bị thi và quyết định cuối cùng, theo 5 buổi học.
  • Mỗi hồ sơ có đường dẫn riêng và mã truy cập: mở được trên điện thoại hay máy tính khác bằng cách sao chép đường dẫn trong hồ sơ, hoặc dán mã (hay cả đường dẫn) vào mục "Đã có hồ sơ" ở trang đầu.
  • Hồ sơ tự lưu khi em viết. Em gửi hồ sơ cho chuyên gia khi xong; hồ sơ chỉ còn để xem cho đến khi chuyên gia mở lại, và nhận xét của chuyên gia hiện ở đầu hồ sơ.
  • An toàn trên máy dùng chung: mở đường dẫn của học sinh khác, hoặc bấm "Không phải em?", làm máy quên học sinh trước đó.
  • Báo cáo hồ sơ: xem, in hoặc tải PDF (bản nháp trước khi gửi, bản để ký sau khi gửi); chuyên gia mở cùng bản này từ trang theo dõi.
  • Mỗi trường có link riêng, ví dụ huongnghiep360.app/thanhoai và huongnghiep360.app/luongthevinh: trang đầu hiện tên trường và hồ sơ được ghi nhận đúng trường. Mã trường trong đường dẫn không phân biệt chữ hoa, chữ thường; trường mới thêm từ trang quản trị hiện đúng tên trong hồ sơ, báo cáo và trang bắt đầu.
  • Kiểm tra nhanh tiếng Anh ngay sau 84 câu Holland, trước khi em điền thông tin để xem kết quả chi tiết: 8 câu ngữ pháp có gợi ý, thêm 4 câu khó nếu em muốn. Cuối bài em biết mức của mình, những điểm cần ôn, và mốc IELTS 4.0 giúp gì cho kỳ thi. Câu hỏi do Prep, nền tảng học và luyện thi ngoại ngữ ứng dụng AI, cung cấp. Em có thể để sau (nút ×) rồi làm từ trang kết quả hoặc bước 2 của hồ sơ.
  • Khóa IELTS Nền tảng của Prep hiện cho mọi em sau bài kiểm tra, trong một khối: học xong khóa em có gì, từ mốc 4.0 IELTS mở ra gì cho em (tốt nghiệp, đại học, du học và đi làm), giá 299.000đ với mã HN360START (tự điền khi mở trang).
  • Phần nói tiếng Anh với Mầm tạm tắt.
  • Trang theo dõi hồ sơ theo từng trường cho nhà trường và chuyên gia: tiến độ theo khối, lọc theo lớp và trạng thái, xem 7 bước, kết quả Holland và mức tiếng Anh, ghi nhận xét hoặc mở lại cho em sửa, tạo đường dẫn mới cho em.
  • Lượt làm thử chỉ dành cho nhân viên đã đăng nhập; đường link làm nhanh ?bypass84=true không còn.
  • Tài khoản chỉ xem không còn thấy số điện thoại và email của học sinh.
  • Trang quản trị tìm được học sinh theo mã hồ sơ hoặc đường dẫn riêng để xử lý yêu cầu sửa, xóa dữ liệu.
  • Chính sách dữ liệu cập nhật: hồ sơ 7 bước và đường dẫn riêng, bài kiểm tra nhanh tiếng Anh.
  • Học sinh đã làm bài trước bản này vẫn giữ câu trả lời: trang đầu mời em tạo hồ sơ cho đúng lượt làm đó.

v1.0.15

  • The gift is now the coupon HN360START for Prep's IELTS Nền tảng course; the activation code is no longer given, and it no longer shows for students who received it earlier.
  • "Dùng ưu đãi trên Prep" opens the course page with the coupon already applied, and a QR code next to it (on a computer) and in both PDFs goes to the same page, so a student can open it on their phone.
  • Each gift now has its own link, wording and QR; the setting lists which gifts are on offer (HN360_GIFT_KINDS).

  • Real gifts from Prep: every student who finishes the English part gets the IELTS Foundation activation code HN360ACTIVATE and the course coupon HN360DISCOUNT (one code for everyone, set by Prep). Students who earlier received placeholder codes now see the real ones.
  • "Kích hoạt trên Prep" opens Prep's activation page with the code already filled in (prepedu.com/vi/activate); the student signs in or creates a Prep account and taps "Áp dụng". The card and both PDFs say so, and no longer mention linking the code to the student's phone number.
  • The optional Prep consent now reads as what it is: letting Prep contact the student to help them use the gifts.

  • Students choose to speak or to type before the English part starts. The intro of Bước 2 now asks "Nói" or "Gõ". Speaking stays the default and is the only way to get the IELTS Speaking estimate; typing needs no microphone, so the "Bật micro" step only appears for speaking. Inside the room the student can still switch between the two at any time. The room opens straight in typing mode once Prep's room supports it (requested from the VirtualRoom team); until then it opens in speaking mode and the student taps "Gõ thay vì nói".

  • The consultation invitation opens in the middle of the screen (it was stuck in the top-left corner). The same fix centres the "cancel booking" window on Hành trình của bạn.

  • One button for the free Holland map. "Tải Bản đồ Holland miễn phí" now saves the PDF straight to the device (Downloads) and, at the same moment, opens the invitation to book a consultation with an expert. The separate "Lưu / Mở PDF" button is gone. Clicking again saves the same file again.
  • Consultation booking is switched on: the invitation leads to the booking form, the expert confirms the slot, and the student receives the emails and the career map.

  • The career map template now ships with the app. The 21-page "Bản đồ hướng nghiệp" design (the same file Chi Le's version used) and its font are copied into the server's file store at every start, so the expert's "Chuẩn bị bản đồ" button can make a student's personalised map. This was the last missing piece before consultation booking can be switched on.

  • The consultation expert is chosen on the admin page. A super admin picks, under "Chuyên gia tư vấn", which staff account receives consultation bookings, confirms the slots and sends the career maps. Until one is chosen the page says so, and students cannot book. Deactivating that account removes it as the expert. (It used to be a server setting.)

  • Release history page, huongnghiep360.app/changelog: every version with what changed, newest first. The version number at the bottom right of every page links to it.
  • Pushing to GitHub now releases by itself: GitHub Actions checks every push (types, lint, tests, build, and that app changes come with a new version and a changelog entry); Railway deploys main only after that passes. The rules are in deploy.md; CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md guide anyone, person or AI, who changes the code.

  • Admin shows the students' journey (Chi, at THPT Tây Hồ): "Hành trình học sinh" counts each step (opened the test → finished 84 Holland questions → entered the English part → finished it → saved the profile → received gift codes) under the same date / school / event filters as the rest of the page, each as a share of the attempts opened.
  • The student table has a Tiếng Anh column (not started / in progress / left midway / done, typed, or still being graded) with the IELTS estimate; the CSV export gains tieng_anh and ielts_speaking.

  • Reads eval's universal speaking scorer (VR 1.48.0, ~/dev/eval/handoff-universal-speaking-scorer-2026-10-04.md): a mistake from a criterion eval graded is highlighted in that criterion's own transcript (it used to be matched against Prep's text and could show the wrong words around it); a span that does not hold the words said shows no context rather than wrong context.
  • "Nghe lại từng câu" explains the bands: for each criterion eval gave, its one-sentence reason, and a note when an answer was off topic. Pronunciation stays Prep's and has no reason shown.
  • While a grade is on its way the card says "đang chấm", not "đang chấm lại": with the universal scorer (~20-30 s per answer) the first push often arrives before the grade, which follows within minutes.

  • The admin area opens, with its own email + password login (Tu): no Clerk, no outside account. Staff sign in at huongnghiep360.app/admin; the first sign-in with a temporary password asks for a new one before anything else. Ten wrong passwords in a row lock the account for 15 minutes; a session lasts 7 days; "Đăng xuất" and "Đổi mật khẩu" sit in the admin header.
  • Staff management without invitations: the super admin adds a staff member with a temporary password, can reset it, and deactivating someone signs them out everywhere at once.
  • Migration 0015 rebuilds the staff table for passwords and adds the session table. The Clerk and ChatGPT sign-in code and the @clerk/backend package are gone.

  • The mentor mascot's character key is `sprout` (VR 1.46.2). VR renamed the mascot's code key mam → sprout (it has no name in the session; its display names are per language, Mầm in Vietnamese). The mint now sends character: "sprout"; VR accepted the old key only until this release.

  • huongnghiep360.app is the main address. hn360.flowb.ai now forwards every page there (the redirect reads the browser's hostname; it missed before because the server saw its own internal address). Its API stays served, so results for English sessions already in progress still arrive.
  • Typed answers (VR mentor 1.1.39): a session where every answer was typed is "ungraded", final, not a failed grade. It is never sent for regrading at 02:30; the result page says the answers were typed, so there is no IELTS Speaking estimate, and offers the second turn to speak. The gifts stay, since they reward finishing. Migration 0014 allows the new status.

Baseline: every deploy from here on is numbered (docs/versioning.md). What this release contains, in the student's words:

  • Hướng nghiệp 360 with Prep's English part: 84 Holland questions → 3 short English questions from Prep → profile → result in two tabs (Holland first, then Tiếng Anh with the IELTS estimate, Prep's word-by-word analysis and the certificate PDF).
  • The student consents alone at any age; no parent's confirmation anywhere (Chi Le, 2026-10-02).
  • The next step is always visible: locked until it can open, a tap says what is missing.
  • The microphone is checked before the English part starts; the room never asks again.
  • The gifts are named wherever they appear (khóa IELTS Foundation miễn phí, mã ưu đãi học phí), and the score is first shown on the result page, next to them.
  • The version shows at the bottom right of every page.
